What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in:

Available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Guests arriving before 4:00 PM can only check-in if the apartment is ready.
If the apartment is not ready, luggage storage is available for free.
Guests will be notified if their apartment is ready before check-in time.

Check-out:

Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.

Please note:

Late check-in and may be available upon request.
Additional fees may apply for early check-in or late check-out.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 59 and 31 days before the arrival date will be charged a 50% fee of the total stay.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund, but guests will have the option to receive a voucher for a future stay.

Are sheets and towels provided?

Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
We will change the bed linen once a week and the bath linen every three days.
Additional sets of linen can be provided for an additional fee of 10 euros per set.
