Check-in:

• Available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Guests arriving before 4:00 PM can only check-in if the apartment is ready.
• If the apartment is not ready, luggage storage is available for free.
• Guests will be notified if their apartment is ready before check-in time.

Check-out:

• Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.

Please note:

• Late check-in and may be available upon request.
• Additional fees may apply for early check-in or late check-out.

It is possible to check in after 8:00 PM by notifying the property and paying a late check-in fee of 25 euros.

We are sorry, but we do not accept pets in our facilities.

A City tax of 1 euro per person per night is required by law to be paid on site. Children under 6 years old and adults over 75 years old are exempt from the tax.

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 59 and 31 days before the arrival date will be charged a 50% fee of the total stay.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund, but guests will have the option to receive a voucher for a future stay.

• Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
• We will change the bed linen once a week and the bath linen every three days.
• Additional sets of linen can be provided for an additional fee of 10 euros per set.
